Asset identification & collection planning
You inform us of your end-of-life batteries: type, quantity, chemical type, location. We arrange secure collection and transport.

Secure transport & chain-of-custody
Batteries are collected under controlled conditions, safely packaged and transported to our facility in compliance with hazardous-materials protocols.

Sorting, safety isolation and mechanical processing
Batteries are sorted by type and chemistry, isolated to prevent hazards, then processed using mechanical separation (e.g., shredding/grinding) to separate elements.

Material recovery
Recovered components (metals, plastics) are sorted for recycling. The residual “black mass” is prepared for recovery of lithium, cobalt and other elements.

Reporting, certification & sustainability tracking
You receive a full summary, including tonnage processed, materials recovered, certificates of disposal/recycling, and tracking of your battery-waste chain.
